Commercial Floor Cleaning
Setting up a Maintenance Program
Vacuum or Sweep Regularly
Arizona is a desert and our floors catch a ton of dust from the outdoors. This dust and grit will damage carpet, stone and wood. Vacuum carpet at least once daily and sweep the floors even more frequently.
Mop Hard Surfaces Properly
If your mop bucket looks gross and terrifying, you are doing it wrong. Use neutral cleaners approved for the product you are dealing with and change the water out frequently. A good rule of thumb is to put a penny in the bottom, when you cannot clearly see it, it is time to change.
Call a Professional Before It’s Too Late
Professionally cleaning the high walkways is important to do before they become too obvious. If you wait too long, the carpet may not bounce back as you would hope. Our carpets hold a ton of grease from the oily black tops, cleaning every 3 to 6 months is not uncommon. Some busier offices need to be done every month or 2. How often you need is dependent on your regular maintenance habits as well as traffic volume.
